Rose Odhiambo is an AI transformation leader, Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert, and workforce development professional with more than 15 years of international experience across the United States, the UAE, and Kenya. Her career has taken her through several industries and roles. She has owned and operated a Montessori school in the United States, worked in procurement in the UAE, and spent many years at Intel Corporation, where her experience included semiconductor manufacturing, workforce support, training, and project management. These experiences eventually led her to focus on helping organizations and professionals adapt to AI and emerging technologies.
Rose is the Founder and Director of Pwani Clear Path Training Centre Ltd, a NITA accredited training institution focused on practical AI, digital skills, and workforce transformation. Her work goes beyond teaching AI concepts. She works hands-on with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and other low-code/no-code technologies to help organizations improve processes and build practical AI solutions. She has also developed custom AI agents, including Pathfinder, to support Clear Path Academy’s own operations. Her work increasingly extends into Kenya’s broader AI and digital transformation ecosystem, including workforce skilling initiatives, public-sector capacity building, and collaborations with organizations and government institutions.
Rose holds a BSc in Information Technology Management from American Military University and Microsoft certifications in AI Business Professional and AI Transformation Leader. She is currently pursuing a MS in AI and Technology Management at Nexford University.
